Sometimes the best self-care starts with what’s already in your kitchen. I’ve been making this tea tree sugar scrub for years and it’s honestly what started my whole journey into natural skincare. Once I saw how easy it was to create something effective from a few simple ingredients, I never went back to buying it.
This blend of sugar, coconut oil, rosemary, and tea tree oil gently exfoliates skin and scalp, leaving everything feeling soft, smooth, and genuinely refreshed. Simple ingredients, real results.

Why These Ingredients Work
Together these ingredients create a scrub that’s genuinely effective, takes minutes to mix, and works double duty as a body scrub or a scalp treatment.

Tea Tree Oil
Tea Tree Oil brings natural antibacterial and clarifying properties, making it a go-to for both skin and scalp care without anything harsh.

Rosemary Oil
Rosemary Oil supports circulation and has long been used in hair and scalp treatments for a reason. It’s one of those ingredients that feels as good as it works.

Coconut Oil
Coconut Oil does the heavy lifting on moisture, softening and nourishing while the sugar exfoliates away dead skin and buildup.

How to Use
As a Body Scrub
Scoop a small amount and massage onto damp skin in circular motions. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
As a Scalp Scrub
Apply a small amount directly to your scalp before shampooing. Gently massage into the scalp to help loosen buildup and exfoliate. Rinse thoroughly and follow with your normal shampoo routine.
Use once or twice a week as needed.

Storage
Store the scrub in a sealed glass jar in a cool, dry place. Because it uses natural ingredients, it is best used within 3–4 weeks.
