Cuisine American
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup flax seeds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup hemp hearts
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
Add the pumpkin seeds to a high-speed blender and blend into a fine meal. Add the flax seeds and blend again until fully combined. This creates a smooth, neutral base.
In a separate batch, blend the walnuts until finely ground. Add the chia seeds and pulse a few times to combine: avoid over-blending, as they can become gel-like.
Blend the freeze-dried strawberries into a light powder. This keeps the texture dry and evenly distributed throughout the mix.
Combine everything
Add all blended mixtures to a large bowl. Stir in the hemp hearts and mix until fully combined and uniform.
Transfer to a sealed glass jar and store in a cool, dry place.
- Blending in stages keeps the texture light and prevents clumping
- Avoid over-processing chia seeds to maintain the right consistency
- You can adjust the strawberry amount for more or less sweetness
- For best freshness, store in an airtight container
